Welcome to Motor Syndicate. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
All items are made to order and printed on demand in India. Slight variations in print placement, colour, and fabric tone can occur and are a normal part of the print-on-demand process — not defects.
Pricing & taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, including GST, unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before payment. We reserve the right to change prices, products, and offers at any time. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is listed in error.
Orders
Once placed, orders enter production quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. Contact us immediately at ajuluxventures@gmail.com if you need to amend an order, and we'll do our best.
Discounts & offers
Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes unless stated. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any discount or offer at any time.
Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the property of Motor Syndicate and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Liability
Motor Syndicate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.
