Returns & Exchanges
Every Motor Syndicate piece is made to order just for you. Because each item is printed on demand, we don't keep stock on shelves — which means we handle returns a little differently than a typical store.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email us at ajuluxventures@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain unaffected.
Size or change of mind
Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns simply for change of mind or wrong size chosen at checkout. Please use our Size Guide before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us first — we're happy to help you pick.
Exchanges
For sizing exchanges on unworn, unwashed items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to a reprint and you may be asked to cover return shipping.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI — we'll coordinate details with you.
Non-returnable
Worn, washed, or used items (except where faulty) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
