Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Since our apparel is made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, wrong item received, or damage in transit.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we will arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability. Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering to minimise exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
