Returns & Exchanges
Every Motor Syndicate piece is made to order just for you. Because each item is printed on demand, we handle returns a little differently than a typical store.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Size or change of mind
Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns simply for change of mind or wrong size chosen at checkout. Please use our Size Guide before ordering.
Exchanges
For sizing exchanges on unworn, unwashed items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to a reprint and you may be asked to cover return shipping.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Non-returnable
Worn, washed, or used items (except where faulty) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
